| This is not about the employees.. I understand they are just doing their job.. this is directed to head office. When you've been a patron since the day you've opened.. DEFINITELY don't get I'd anymore (45 yrs of age) and was just served the day before by the manager who never checked my id (and I know this has been a thing you've been doing awhile but I was never bothered because I've never caused an issue and they know me very well and know I'm not a minor. I would suggest you allow your employees to use their discretion... Because you are going to lose long time clients and fast. I've spent tens of thousands of dollars at your store I should be able to be served like I always have I'm just trying to give some constructive feedback because I live around here and many of your regulars are quite upset and have started recommending different places for me to try Not good canna.. your going to sink your ship because you aren't thinking correctly Not sure I'll be back | ||

| What can i say..been coming here since last year and i really love the people that work here and the atmosphere. Eric has always been very helpful always remembers what i like to order. The new girl Isabel is bright and cheery she is very helpful as well. They try to help get suggestions that we like in and thats the great thing i find about smaller chains ir independent stores.. they seem to be very customer focused Thank you | ||

| These guys are not only super nice but after being a long time customer at a chain store and had the guy snap at me for zero reason, I will now go out of my way to come here. Every 10th visit you get yourself a free joint as well Pricing is decently affordable and he gets products in or atleast tries to, of specific items you want They leave you with 100 percent satisfaction and to boot the lady that works their brings her absolutely super cute pupper to work... Thank you everyone at oil and grass | ||
