My sister and I went in on 4/20 like 15 minutes before closing and were helped by Julia, who is absolutely wonderful. She gave very thoughtful recommendations on both vape cartridges and edibles so both of us found what we wanted quickly and easily. Since my sister doesn't have an account, Julia even applied her purchase to my account without being asked, which was not expected but very much appreciated. Excellent customer service, especially for a holiday.
