This was my GO-TO brand for quite a while, until I got a concerning bag. However this company took zero interest in learning more about my complaint or issue, and repeadetly ignored my emails, unless a follow up email is sent. ZERO SUPPORT from this company = LOST CUSTOMER! Completely disappointed. I've asked to speak to someone from the company regarding this issue to no avail... next stop is Health Canada.
