store said order would arrive in 30mins. after an hour i called. an hour after i was told driver would arrive in half hour, i called for an update. i was told "he's in the neighbourhood. he should be right there." another half hour goes by. i call to cancel my order. i am told that online orders can't be cancelled (?!?!) and "hasn't he got there yet?" then my phone rings. the delivery guy has arrived. "are you coming down?" . NO. i'm not coming down. you come up. "ok i'll come up" me -waiting . . . waiting. The store calls "he told me the order is delivered" i tell him the order is not delivered, that he hasn't buzzed yet. the store "oh do you want him to come up? me - He aready told me he was going to come up but he hasn't buzzed. "OK i'll tell him". at this point, i lost my cool. I ran 3 floors down to the door where the delivery guy was talking on the phone and trying to buzz me. I pretty much grabbed my delivery from him in case there was going to be some kind of a story about why he took so long. I will NEVER again.
