| While this was my experience with this place, read the reviews to find a pattern. When you move somewhere new, you look to support your local shops for two reasons: 1- building a connection and supporting a local business, 2- having the convenience to walk nearby and shop for your needs. My personal experience: Went to this store and requested to buy a vape with a pack of 2 of 0.5 mg/g. So I can keep one in my bag and the other at my house. There was nothing indicating that this package had one or two cartridges (see attached photo after refusing to exchange it) Of course you need to open the package in order to use it. Without even taking the cartridge out of the pack I noticed it's only one cartridge in the pack. So put it back together and went back to return and get the right request I had. Although it was the store's mistake providing the wrong package, the store worker refused to exchange with the right request claiming it's open. He called the owner who refused to exchange it. They offered to sell me a new package for 40% off! Which is paying for their mistake. "Two wrongs don't make one right." So I refused. I even checked later that the cartridge they provided is only one 0.5 mg/g not 1 mg/g. Considering the cost of nearly $50 with a ($10 battery), it's NOT the best deal either (photo attached for comparison). I wish the owners start thinking about the long term gain over the short term gain. Nothing against any worker there. Mistakes happen, but th .. | ||
