| I went in a couple of days ago asking for 3 blunts and one disposable vape. I opened two packages before I realized that there were no blunts but vape cartridges which are useless to me. I go in today to return them and she tells me that she can't accept them because there is nothing wrong with them but she can call her manager and ask. After she calls the assistant manager, he tells her he can't help and to call the manager. So instead of talking to her and working out the situation, she hands me the phone. I explain the situation, and she says that if I was her I'd be smart enough to realize I was charged too much. She makes me repeat myself 3 times while I can hear her taking bong rips. Then she returns one and refunds me 50% back for the other. So I paid 50% to not even keep it. Their old staff was great but it's gone downhill big time. Would recommend to go anywhere else. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour from the staff that sold me all the wrong stuff in the first place, and the completely disrespectful management. | ||
