Wonderful product but terrible service. I walked in to pick up an online order and even though the associate saw me they looked at me sideways and then went back to the other customer they were speaking to, even when I walked directly to the counter I was the one who said hello and let him know i was picking up an order. He tosses the bags towards me and asks "do you like it?" which confused me I was expecting to be told my total. He then repeats "do you like it or did you just get it for the price?" in an judgemental tone. Even though it was none of his business I told him it was the price, as my favourite seemed to be out of stock everywhere. He proceeds to tell me it wasn't a good product (I have since tried the product and i loved it) then he asked me why I got pre rolls, that I should get flower and gave me crap for using cones and not rolling myself. I was there to pick up an order not to be lectured and shamed by a sales associate OR be talked out of my choice. This is a very convenient location for me but I don't know if I'll go back I don't like being interrogated when I'm a paying customer

The staff is great but the stock is unpredictable and inconsistent. It's almost impossible to get the same thing you got last week, in fact it has happened to me the last three times i tried to buy from them . It's a shame because I'm the kind of customer that will patronize a place for years but they are just too inconsistent so I usually go to a competitor.
