Went to this shop as it was part of the same chain as my former regular dispensary. Purchased a disposable pen (toast brand). Went to use said pen did not work, by the time tried to use it I was back home. Went to my regular (highbury store) they could not help me? Could not swap it out or refund me because i bought at a different store? What is the point of the points/loyalty program if not to track purchase and allow for customer service. With so many other options I would and will be spending my money on a) products that work b) stores that have customer service/support, that will stand behind there product, that respect people's hard earned money… just not a sorry man. So I would not only avoid this store but also every other store I the city. I now have to either just lose the 50 dollars or drive across the city to the original store.
