I found the staff to be kind and courteous, but not very knowledgeable. I requested 3 different products, none of which were available. The flower I did buy ended up (to me) having mold spores on the (very) brown bud. I traveled over an hour back to this location to return the product. A call to the owner on how to deal with this situation was made by the employee - no problem on my part, but I wasn't happy that a refund was refused (store credit only). I was informed that no-one had ever tried to return bud (which I found to either be a lie, or a sign that the business wasn't well established). Also the vape I bought ceased working same day. With the rigamarole of the first return, I didn't even attempt the vape and just took it as a loss. I left, went straight to a competing dispensary where my products were in stock and where they were surprised my whole experience at Fat Panda. I think Fat Panda did great at nicotine vapes, but has a long way to go to being a respected dispensary.
