| I love value buds but this location needs some better staff. Went in last evening. My.first and last visit to this location. Doesn't matter how close to my work it is i will not go back and I will share my terrible experience with other ppl. A satisfied customer shares their experience with one person. An unsatisfied customer shares that experience with 50 ppl. When I entered there was one person being waited on and one lady browsing. I stood in line. After Jordan was done with the customer it should be time for me. The lady who was browsing comes over and jumps the line. I did speak up since I had been standing there quietly. Patiently. But Jordan cut me off and said she was in the store before me. Yes. But she was still browsing. I wasn't. But ok....let's move this along cause it's almost closing and I need to pick up the roommate and get home. I have only shopped at VB locations for the last 2 years. The employees are knowledgeable and nice. Polite and calm. The total opposite of Jordan. He had no idea what the store carried. He had to go read the board and when I ask him if he didnt know the products he turned to me and snapped at me while moving even closer to me. I've never ever been spoken to like that in any VB stores. He was anxious and on edge and very agrressive. He should not be in customer service. Both the customer before me and the customer after me noticed the crap attitude and the anger that should never be brought into the work place. I actuall .. | ||
