| Kensington didn't have any Solei Balance Harmonizer in stock and I was looking to purchase 2 jars. She called another store within my reach, I'm disabled and drive a scooter to get anywhere, and had them hold the only 2 jars they had left. I'm happy to say I was able to get a better night sleep with my joints buddered up. | ||

| Made my purchase got my change. The woman behind the counter walked me out (I'm in a wheelchair) we chatted and I left. About 45 min later I noticed I was missing $10 and was pretty sure I dropped it in the store. I called and left a message then stopped by on my way home. She went and checked the video and noticed that she hadn't even given it to me! She gave me $10, we chatted and I left. She didn't have to do all that, could have just scanned the floor and said "No, didn't find it". Kudos to 420 Kensington and especially the lady behind the counter! | ||
