Product knowledge leaves something to be desires, almost like "buyer beware". Customer service is lacking when issues arise. Really wanting to support local, not making it easy.
After already having to return two faulty carts previously I went to the store to return the last one as it tastes absolutely horrible. I had tried to get the flavor profile information from the budtender but no information was available. When I asked if they could Google the product to find out I was not helped. So since I walked 20 minutes and again trying to support local purchased it. I brought it back hoping to have a conversation with the owner for moving forward not trying to return it,in fact I told him to keep it. He then turned around told me "sorry I ruined your day" and closed the door behind him.
