Went in looking for a specific item that the website listed as available. It was not currently in stock, which is fine, and I was told that it would be likely arrive by the next Thursday. I went in on Friday and was again told next Thursday. Went in the following Friday and was again told next Thursday. I ordered the item online from OCS and it was delivered 2 days later.
