This chashier with big specs, she always try to give a good customer service experience but is never able to deliver as she just can't find the product even when I show her what I'd like on my phone. I always open up The Joint's website for my convenience and most times I know what I'd like but the cashier unapologetically says 'I don't have it/ I don't see it' , this has happened multiple times and I wanted to bring to the The Joint's attention. Only reason I shop here is because you and few other Cannabis Store brands have cheapest prices and this location is near by my home. I always recommend my buddies to go to The Joint because you guys do have do a wide variety of pre rolls but constant instances like these are just unpleasant and makes it hard for one to recommend such place. I guess The Joint mostly hire Cashiers only and not actual Budtenders/Cannabis Consultants who have more knowledge of Cannabis products and their brands and who would want to engage with a customer and their wants. This Neon Rush taster pack was a delight though thankyou

Unprofessional staff, they be just sitting behind the counter not wanting to engage with you or your needs. Showed her my ID, she didn't acknowledged, she dropped my ID on the ground , no apologies. Telling me I can have a great day after the purchase. Yeah right :) Thankyou

Very unfriendly and uninformed staff. I always come around and they have a sad face on and are also not able to find the product which I need. It literally tells that this product is available on the website for this store but the budtender unapologetically says I can't find it. I sometimes point out what I want from the the budtender. Very unprofessional, only reason I shop at the Joint is because they have the cheapest prices. Please improve your customer service.
