I bought a cart from here that ended up being defective within a week, when I called to ask what I could do, I spoke to an employee who told me to bring it in and she could start the process for a case with a defective item, OR I could wait until 4:30 when the manager would be in, and there was a possibility that he could help me out a bit more than just starting the claim process. I decided to go in when the manager was working and I must say that Glen was super helpful and professional with great customer service. He exchanged my item for a different one of my choice, and told me that he would handle the claim process himself and that I didn't need to worry about the defective cart since he would deal with them on his own time. I am extremely pleased that at Cloud 29, they care about customer satisfaction and ensuring that customers remain happy and come back. 10/10 recommend
