Chris was a complete professional. He greeted me right away with kindess and was genuine about helping me pick the right product for me. He listened and shared some experience of his own which was so appreciated in helping me choose. I appreciated the confidence in his knowledge. My first visit to this shop. From the moment i entered the store both Colin and Sean gave me a warm welcome. They were knowledgeable and Colin accommodated me by helping pick out my pixie pen as I was so indecisive! I really appreciated that. He really knows his stuff! This store is so clean, has awesome staff, gives a military discount and is named after beloved dogs. What else could you ask for?! Thanks Colin and Sean, you've both made me a returning customer.
