| I've quit my job and very happy about it ! my time at this location was Marked by a very negative and unprofessional work environment, primarily due to poor management. Very glad I didn't waste my time here. During training, the manager, Daniel Amyotte was frequently distracted often on personal phone calls with his wife. These calls sometimes included arguments, and his wife, Marayan, is VERY VERY Insecure when she came to the store and made the environment uncomfortable with visible hostility toward me. Her demeanour was confrontational and unwelcoming, insecure behaviour which added unnecessary tension and made it difficult to focus on learning the job. Beyond that, I observed behaviour that raised serious concerns, including product misuse and a general lack of leadership or accountability. While Daniel initially came across as friendly, I found him to be inconsistent, unreliable, and not someone I could trust or respect in a managerial role. Delivery operations were also poorly managed. Orders often went out late due to a lack of urgency or responsibility among some drivers. One standout exception was Michael, who was professional, hardworking, and dependable he often held the operation together more than the actual management did and deserves far more recognition. It's unfortunate, as there are a few great employees here, such as Biraj and Alannah, who were professional and competent.
