Okay so I generally love their service, selection and knowledge, but today I was over charged and given the wrong item. It is lucky I caught the mistake. My problem now is that while they say they refunded me for the wrong item they sold me, I have yet to see the refund and I wasn't expecting to be out of pocket for double what I had budgeted, even if it is temporary. This practice of scanning your order and NOT showing you the itemized list of items before you pay has to stop
