| Not my first choice when it comes to Cana Cabana locations and today really solidified that. The associate helping us today's initials were A.S. He was super stand-offish and condescending I don't know if it's store policy but he wouldn't let us call anyone while we're in the store because he was afraid we were booting. We were calling my mother in law cause she wasn't responding to our texts for a good while. The call was because we wanted to make sure she was ok because she's older it had nothing to do with what we're buying. We felt profiled because we're younger. We're not coming back to this location ever again. EDIT: He flat out accused us of booting in front of a room full of customers. There's a difference between enforcing policy and asking questions, and accusing someone of a crime and asserting that they are booting. It not only makes us look bad but, is a misdemeanor in itself. Your response is condescending at best and no, my mother-in-law was NOT okay. Thank you for asking :) | ||
