| Not impressed. Went in to buy a preroll for my brother and gave $20. Didn't receive my change but guy insisted he gave me change even though as I walked up to the till he closed it and walked away. I told him I didn't get my change he said I did and proceeded to go hide in the back. The other two employees weren't any help at all. $20 for a preroll! 👎👎 Edit: emailed the business and they resolved it within 12 hours' time. One star for that customer service experience (on previous occasions dealt with better service but this time…). Three stars for the response and dealing with the matter. | ||
