The cashier messed up what I asked for, and I didn't notice until I had partially opened the bag. I do not blame the cashier for making a small mistake, but she called her boss who said that all they could offer me was 20% off what I had actually asked for in the first place. They really should have offered me the other product free and taken the loss. Offering me 20% off for me wasting $20 on something I didn't want left a bad taste in my mouth. The cashier was kind and professional, but I didn't appreciate that decision from the manager/owner. I've had an account here since 2023 but I guess I will walk the extra 50 metres to the other store now.
