| Guy in the store is always nice, but I went for like a year and a half on a regular basis thinking I was "collecting points" with my purchases then try and redeem them and nothing to show for it. Guy in store agrees it's weird and they would figure it out with their boss. So I go in a week and a half later and get told sorry it's out of my hands nothing has happened. If you like the point system with these stores go somewhere that 1. Keeps track of them. 2. Rights their wrongs when they mess up. Because this is not the place. | ||
