I was a regular customer, but one mishap with the store staff will leave me from coming back again.
I ordered a $6 pre-roll and they had technical issues with their tablets. I was patient and waited 20-30 minutes for them to fix it. When they realized it couldn't be fiixed, they asked me to place an order on their website instead.
I was VERY surprised that after waiting so long for my $6 checkout (as a weekly customer), they were adamant that I then go through the effort of finding the product on the website to place an order.
Before leaving I told them that I was very upset with this customer service, and that they should have just given me the $6 joint for free.
On my way out I let them know I will never be returning. The lifetime value of me as a customer shouldn't be worth a $6 joint (after their technical issues and my patience through it all!)
I hope the owners read this and learn from it.
