I initially had a negative experience and left a 1-star review, but I want to give credit where it's due. The owner personally reached out, apologized sincerely, and handled the situation with professionalism and care. That kind of accountability and customer service is rare and deserves recognition. It completely changed my impression of the store. I'll definitely be returning — not just for the products, but because they clearly value their customers.
