| Never in my life dealt with a more rude staff member than I did here. I just moved to the city and was looking for a dispensary to go to consistently. The store had a doorbell to ring to be let in. I clicked it but didn't hear any bell go off so after hovering my finger a couple inches from the bell, I clicked it again. All of a sudden the door slams open and this girl snaps something at me that I didn't register. I say 'sorry?' to which she repeats 'You don't have to hold it' in an extremely aggressive tone. I quickly apologized and explained that I didn't realize it had rung, to which she responded with a 'sure' so sassy you could practically hear the eye roll, then she asks what I want. I pause for a moment, so shocked by the way she answered the door, and respond that i'm actually going to go somewhere else. This girl goes 'that's a good idea' with the most condescending smile plastered across her face. Needless to say you couldn't pay me to go back here. To the managers- as someone who also works in customer service let me just say that I would personally get rid of that staff member so fast. | ||
