| Went to this location about a month ago, I got a recommendation from this nice lady with bun and glasses and all was fine until I came back into the store after purchasing my preroll. I'm a bit new to smoking so I wasn't sure how to open the packaging. So on re-entering the store I was greeted by the same lady who helped me pick out this product which was nice but when I asked for assistance in opening the packaging her coworker with red hair, I think her name was karmen or karmella, starts stepping on my preroll! And when I asked her "are you seriously stepping on something I'm going to put in my mouth?!" she replies with "well are you going to put the plastic in your mouth?" So rude and unprofessional and even her coworker that helped me earlier (bun and glasses) looked visibly shocked seeing what her coworker was doing. I'm writing this review since everytime I've come into this store and seen karmen/karmella she's been rude and unkind. She acts inconvenienced everytime a customer would ask a question. She should be taught how to be more kind, respectful and professional towards customers. Overall, I've had no issues with any of the other employees, Just the one who rudely stepped on my product that I paid for… | ||
