| I love pulsar so so much. Their products are awesome. Shipping time is top notch, my package was already shipped 3 hours after I placed my order. And their customer service is outstanding. When my unit arrived, I noticed the internals were rattling around my device. I emailed them and they quickly offered a replacement. They ended up sending me not 1, but TWO replacement devices for my troubles. I love the fact that they stand behind their product and are always there to make it right. 11/10 seriously. Never buying another battery from any other brand again. Pulsar all the way! | ||
