Moldy products. Unwilling to exchange. As a frequent user it happens from time to time, never had a dispensary refuse to swap for fresh product or refund though - even with reciept and proof 👎.. Will continue to go with Value Buds, they have great customer service.

Been going here for awhile. Had my order messed up this weekend. Ordered a pack of 10 prerolls and they gave me a pack of 3. I didn't take my receipt from them and didn't realize I was given the wrong item until after it was too late. Really disappointed I had my money wasted like that... always double check your orders to make sure they get it right. I've noticed every single dispensary I've tried has eventually messed up my order and I never get my money back.

Was my second time in the shop. Prices and products are okay... some things way overpriced for mid level quality. I placed a pre-order for BOLDs Thin Mint GSC, and was kinda excited to try after one of the staff members hyped it up. Really needed a sativa. Got home after and tried it, to realize it didn't feel like a sativa at all... I check the bag and they gave me Root Beer Float, an indica of the same brand. Don't have enough to buy it again. Kinda disappointed. I should've checked but they already had the bag stapled and what not so figured it would be fine. Other places check beforehand. I probably won't be returning, highly suggest buds cannabis over all the dispensaries in the stone road area.
