| I used to be a religious follower of valuebuds until they started to clearly violate the cannabis competition act how they get away with selling practically only there own brands is beyond me they need more regulation on the industry il gladly pay a bit more for a much much better selection also supporting a family store so your dollars stay in the community much longer and actually get real opinions not just shil there own brands that stink ! Would reccomend if u think valubuds is good this place will blow your mind and no pay walled items like canna cabanna | ||

| The new manager here sucks very short with customers no smile or personality adam was much better actually a people person fired all the friendly awesome staff i give 2 stars because they kept janelle but i miss adam and the old staff and if you think new staff are gonna make sales targets get hit there wrong they should get more of the awesome products other valuebuds get not get rid of awesome staff a management with smiles on there faces that have a customer first mentality greishbach and st albert get much better products and selection and its not fair 2 stars for janelle ask her to play you some of her tasty jams but this company could really treat its employees better but thats not necisarrily what alcanna is known for The new manager thats super ocd could maybe take the garbage out disgusting its allways left like this tons of valubuds garbage hanging out certainly was never like this when adam was the Manager chsnged the hours so it closes at 8 now almost like the new manager has made no difference in sales probably even less people going here as i used to frequent this place before they fired the manager they seem to only want women working in there stores when adam was the manager he never shut the store down and left to come back and be rude to customers | ||

| The customer service is so much better here then at canna cabanna st a they actually sound and talk like humans not like there being forced to read the same script at gun point and they have alot better selection then my old main location mistatim | ||

| I seen a guy easily in his late '40s early '50s gray hair get asked for ID and the guy didn't have it and they still sold to him which is a big no-no maybe don't ID people with gray hair or change your policies cuz they appear to just play God with whoever they want also didnt have honey stick battery which is the most popular one | ||

| The lady there refused to sell me more then a ounce of herbs and half gram cart but told me I could go put it in my car and comeback and buy more what a joke at mistatim location they let me purchase however much I want without having to go back to my car won't be returning here I spent alot here mistatim location ftw suk it i have also came here at ten after 9 and its been closed when the hours state open thats okay i just drive down the road to Namaio that can actually open on time | ||

| Honestly they have some nice products here other stores dont carry and great deals on glass but im 27 years old woth a full on 5 o clock shadow i dont expect to get id especially qhen the girl working there is much younger then me and the employees say the exact same thing to evrey single customer like there being forced to read off a script at gunpoint selling cannabis should be a fun experience with some personality no wonder they cant find staff | ||
