| Honestly, I'm giving two stars just to be generous. I don't like to hold one person accountable because Trevor the owner actually was always very kind and courteous to me But he has a bud tender in the front who I believe is maybe now a manager, Anyways, she has green hair Last year on my birthday, I came in to use my discount and I had my nephew with me standing by the door so she refused my service. He was only 16 so he was under stage, which I completely understand so I left with him. I came back a few hours later by myself, and she told me I was banned from the store for the day. This is the store I've spent thousands of dollars in , I thought OK we'll just move forward then the handful of times I come back. I'm constantly reminded how ignorant this woman is. She whispers about me the second I come and she gives dirty looks. Honestly, it is the absolute worst Customer Service that I've ever seen. It's like a little kid talking crap behind the counter. I'm an adult I want a business. I actually had the owner of the store have my business flyers at the front. That's how good of a relationship I want had with the store owner Trevor But this girl with the green hair, she's so so so ignorant I would happily speak with her and apologize for anything I've done, but she doesn't give me the chance. She just gives me dirty eyes and whispers about me to other customers. I'll be really happy when you let her go and replace her. It seems to be new faces every single time I g .. | ||
