Online stock is not correct, 2 times I've put in orders for them to tell me they don't have anything but the papers. Asked for a refund, and suggested they hire someone to do inventory. I have 24 years experience in retail and I've never seen anything like this. The manager called it a "discrepancy", an entire order not in stock 2 times is not a discrepancy. With the amount of stores you have I can just imagine how many "discrepancies" you have.
Having your inventory up to date and CORRECT is one of the most important pieces of good customer service. It's also one of the most important parts of running a retail business, let a lone a dispensary. Tell the owner reach out to me if they want this problem fixed.
