| I was a loyal customer to this location and when I had issues with multiple leaking tips it is unfortunate that after purchasing 3 leaking tips in a row I finally brought the last one in and they would not exchange it and told me it was considered a "user issue"... They offered me 15% off of the purchase of another tip... I felt unheard and left feeling like a completely unsatisfied customer. I will be loyal no more. I want to know that when I am purchasing products that turn out to be faulty that I have some sort of protection. If it was once or twice fine but it was the 3rd tip that I purchased in a row. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. | ||
