Hands down the worst Canna Cabana location I've been to in Ontario, from the customer service, to the layout, I was heavily disappointed. As someone who regularly travels with large groups, we struggle to find dispensaries that deliver quality and good pricing, I was excited to see a location in Huntsville, but my experience has left me questioning whether I want to continue supporting the franchise. The layout of the product varies by Canna Cabana location so it is always an adventure finding your product, yet this one was the most confusing one I have visited. Upon cashing out, I was retrieving my account phone number, as my partner and I have one number with the elite account and a different number for the basic member pricing. I communicated that to the cashier and was told that it was fine, once giving them the number I was apparently no longer able to use the elite discount as the "account holder was not present" I have never had an issue with this before nor have I been informed of this policy. It is not a matter of a few dollars, although for some it may be as some items are heavily overpriced, but rather the attitude of the staff and lack of communication paired with audacity to deny the use of a membership I pay for.
