| I've been coming here since legalization. Most of the staff here knows me to see me. Today, I was in the store and got ID checked by a new guy (Nothing wrong here). I proceed to show him my ID and he checks it, tells me it's expired. I leave the store and return him without any product, to check my own ID and see it isn't expired for another 8 months. If you're gonna hire people, please make sure they can read and write. Not only that, the man was disrespectful in his tone, and just lost that store a consistent and valuable customer. Great job to the rest of the team. New guy got to go, if he can't even check an ID correctly. Now I'm without my product, that I walked through a snow storm to get, to be wrongfully refused. Thanks for wasting my time, new guy. | ||
