Deleted my original, positive review. Purchased a Yocan device from this store. On day one, it didn't work. That's ok. Brought it back and they swapped it out.
Now, today, when I need a replacement coil, I was told "yeah we don't really sell those" and a rep made the suggestion that I just purchase them online.
I purchased the device from YOUR store. Why was I not told that by purchasing a device in-store, that I was on my own for finding replacement parts?
I will take the suggestion from their rep, though: I will go elsewhere from now on and purchase all product online. I've been a big spender here - up to $100 a week. That ends now.
Don't buy a device from here as you'll be forced to purchase replacement coils online and incur shipping fees when the point of sale location should stock them. Had I been told that before purchase, I wouldn't have purchased the device to begin with.
