I would give one star, but the staff don't deserve that. I love the staff at Flight, they're so knowledgeable and friendly every time I go in.
My issue is that when I go online to look at the menu, they often don't actually have that product in store, despite the website saying it's in stock. I don't blame staff for this, this is obviously an issue with whoever orders or updates the websites or their system. This is super annoying because I like to decide ahead of time what I might want so I'm not standing around wasting time in the store.
I also tried to purchase a gift card at Christmas for my girlfriend and was told they usually can do that but because of the system they were unable to at the time. Ok fair enough. I tried again recently for her birthday but it still isn't working. Seems like something they might want to try and fix?
I don't blame the staff for this, they're fantastic but there is an obvious issue with management or their system or something…
