Not sure if it's racial profiling or if they're just skeptical of everyone who comes into their shop but when I tried to exchange the vape cartridge that didn't work, they told me that they can't change them because they don't know which one I was exchanging (I bought two that day) meaning 1 of them is cheaper, 1 of them is more expensive you want to know the price difference...20 cents.
I also get it I didn't bring my receipt so I asked them if they could look up the receipt On their computer. The representative who helped me first started to but the second lady(karen i presume) said, not a chance.
