The owner is not professional at all. I walked in and tried to return a PACKAGED product 2 minutes later and was told their company policy is not to return anything . The product was so bad I left in on the table even though I paid 70$ for it . I will be reaching out to corporate office for this store not following the store policy and doubling down . Your cashier is lying to you check the cameras.
