I have a few of Pulsar's products and when my latest purchase (the 510 DL 5.0,the one in the middle) developed a problem, i contacted customer service via email. I'll admit I was a little skeptical. To my surprise, I got an email that same afternoon saying they were reviewing the problem. Next morning, there was an email saying a replacement is being sent. Another email with the tracking info- OUTSTANDING!! Looking forward to my next purchase - the 2-N- 1 auto draw/shotgun!
