Nick at the counter is the absolute goat, I went in with my mother and she purchased a new Yocan as well as three cartridges, upon opening the purple Yocan Uni Pro and putting the cartridge in, it kept saying "No Atomizer" so we had to return it to the store, upon arrival, Nick jumped right on the problem and helped us resolve it immediately and never once made us feel rushed even though there were people waiting in line, he also offered to let us try another Yocan to see if worked right in the store before we left and it didn't as well, Nick then figured out it was the cart that was the problem and not the atomizer, so in the end, problem solved my mom got her purple Yocan that she wanted and a new cartridge and everything works perfectly, thank you once again Nick!
