I've been a longtime customer and often received exceptional service. But maybe their website hasn't been updated, the couch-locked stoners wouldn't honor the 10% on "vape fridays" today? Good sales move mighta been to 1st: simply apologize, 2nd: honor your website, and 3rd: notify management to fix the error... And i don't think it matters where you work it doesn't look good to see staff continually lounging on the couches while in the store.
