| Me and my mom's car completely broke down on the way home from a stressfull day at work, and the closest parking stall we could pull into was infront of this store. It was probably one of the worst days of our lives. We came in, letting the employee know that we'd be outside for a while. We were met with incredible kindness from her, she was super sympathetic and understanding. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name, but she offered to let us use her phone if we needed to get a tow truck, and let us use the wifi so we could google how to get the van running again for a bit. She explained the situation to the coworker after her, and he (Sam) was equally as helpful. Had it not been for the kindness of your staff, we most likely would've been completely stranded and hopeless. I don't smoke, so I know technically this isn't a customer review per-say. But I just really wanted to say thank you! This was Monday the 10th, between 4pm and 6pm | ||
