| The absolute only flaw this store has is it is not wheelchair friendly. However, the staff do accommodate. The staff are friendly, chill and knowledgeable. Love their friendly vibes and they are very welcoming. Highly recommend over the stores in New Liskeard. I promise it is worth the drive into Haileybury. | ||

| This store is clean, a lot of product and variety in stock, open early enough and closes late. The bud tenders are prompt, professional and most have knowledge on the products. The one that stood out the most would be Randie. I believe she is the manager? Regardless, she goes over and beyond for me each time I go and even keeps me posted on the many products I am searching for. Good vibes no matter who's working. | ||

| Nice staff but extremely slow service. Not an efficient system at all. Order made with guy at door, wait in line, retell your order to the one and only clerk then he runs in back to obtain your order. Took almost 20 minutes to serve me with 4 people ahead of me already pre ordered with guy at door. Otherwise, good products. | ||
