This store is horrible! The staff are mostly rude, not helpful, show irritation when you ask questions and have very poor knowledge. The store is dirty, dusty and item displays are cluttered making it difficult to see products.
I've seen staff give poor service, argue with customers and refuse to awknowledge their mistakes. Inventory day is unprofessional with staff everywhere, mostly talking amongst themselves (usually inappropriately), products thrown everywhere and more impossible to get friendly help. Perhaps this should be a night time thing for them.
The products are poor quality, with a package date often 3+ months earlier for the same price as anywhere else. Other places have items 1-2 months old, so much better quality and prices the same as this place.
Rather than open new stores in Orillia, they should focus on their current stores. They should make a store that stands out with a unique vibe, organization, value and above all else, SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE vs. the current confrontational model.
Better yet, they should just close down and people should support places that do put customers first - which is likely anywhere other than Budtimez.
