| Traveling from out of town I stumbled upon this shop while exploring downtown edmonton. I would highly not recommend this place. I bought a single pre roll in a package and a 3x pack of pre rolls. When I returned to my hotel I opened the single there was no pre roll! So I thought simple mistake I'll call and get a refund as I am a long way from downtow and home. When I called they said they check security cameras and they have security in place to not get ripped off which I understand if it is a large quanitity or repeat offender, so they said they shook it and if I wanted to come down they would show me on camera, I asked were they holding the other pack of joint when they shook as there was clearly no joint in the package of 1. Now, this was a 6.99 pre roll that was missing I was not trying to get a freebie I just wanted what I paid for and they refused even though it was at their fault. Would highly recommend going somewhere else as they are just in it for the money not the customer. Worst cannabis experience I had at a Cannabis retail store. | ||
