| Walked in for the first time ever. No one at the counter. Music blasting. Smelled like someone was smoking up in the back. A very annoyed looking young girl came out and acted bothered by my presence. After spending 5 min having her vaguely explain the different types of pre-rolls to me, I go to pay and she asked me for ID. I am nearly 45 yrs old. I explained I'd have to walk ten min home then back again. She looked at me, smiled and said "okay, I'll put it aside for you. See you soon" in the most condescending way. Bad customer service. I decided to walk a couple blocks up the street to Muse, who has never asked me for ID (I think they realize I'm not under 19), and came to find out, the exact same product was nearly $5 cheaper at Muse. First time at Fire & Flower... definitely my last. | ||
