I came in yesterday and bought a spinach oil cartridge. The price was much higher than I expected as i was pretty sure my partner had purchased the same one elsewhere for cheaper. I asked if I would be able to return it unopened with this receipt if that was the case and was told that was fine it just had to be within two weeks. I went back this morning, less than 24 hours from purchasing it and upon being asked why I told them it was too expensive. The man working had been working the night before, remembered my conversation and told me they won't return it for that reason. At first I thought he was joking and then realized by his rude attitude and demeanor that he wasn't. I felt like I had beem conned. I asked for a manager and was told I would have to come back. I argued and eventually did get my money back but that wasn't before I was treated like garbage and had obviously been lied to. Maybe this employee needs an education in customer service and your policies or maybe your policies are whacked. I've never heard of a store not returning something unopened or unused after one day with a receipt. My partner, my friends, family and myself will never shop here again.
