| Very disappointed. Use to be a great place with great staff. Now the customer service is horrendous. Too bad, they are a 5 minute walk away from me and I even recommended them to a friend who moved into the area. As an elite member I have a $350/month budget and my friend has the same. As a result of terrible customer service (Elizabeth specifically) I will now drive to a different location. I find 124 st staff great!! Just so management knows, you've lost over $600/month (that I'm aware of , probably more)of purchases due to your poor staff. I won't be returning and predict that this location will be closed before February. Good riddance | ||
