| The return policy is bad for the company because it's a joke if you can't carry back a clogged cartridge that is brand new , it was bought on the 25th of July and I opened it yesterday because I had one using already and when I put it in to used it it's not working in any of my three battries and I went this morning to return and it's like they saying I can't return it thats totally sucks , me paying for something and it has a bad issue the company should atleast try to fix the situation because the cart is unable to smoke and it seems like a waste of money and that leading some customers to other places because issues like that should can be easy resolved , I hope I could speak to a manger or someone in the south location because it's just that the cart is clogged and they won't take it back and replace it , like it's totally unable to smoke | ||
