I used to frequent this Cana often when I worked across but ever since I left my old job this store has been slowly crumbling not gunna lie, I bought an endgame cart the other night with the recommendation from the employee of Cana, I had even used the cart yet and it was leaking out of the bottom of the cartridge, so like any human I take the cartridge back with the hopes that they'll rectify the situation and take back the product that isn't working properly, I have never gone to a store and seen the assistant manager and an employee so terrified to make a return on a dysfunctional product because of the manager of said location, his employees are so terrified to make the return because they are afraid to lose their jobs over a product that isn't working, which is something they can't control.
I would like to make this very clear, I am disappointed with the way management runs at this location. Employee should be able to help customers when a product is not functioning the way it should be and should be able to make a return on the product that the STORE brought in.
It saddens me to see yet another really good Canada location fall in crumble due to poor management.
And because of that, I now have a vape cartridge battery that is covered in THC fluid and is inside the battery housing and the cartridge is now leaking out of multiple points.
I will never return to this Canna as long as I live .
Then Cana emails me saying they have to follow certain guidelines so ..
